Terms and Conditions

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before booking any services provided by Dubai Yachts. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. 

Booking and Payment

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the management of Dubai Yachts.
  • A certain deposit or advance payment, as specified by Dubai Yachts, is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. And the remaining balance must be paid before the scheduled date and time. 
 

Cancellation and Refunds Policy 

  • Cancellations must be informed to Dubai Yachts officially via email.
  • Cancellation fees may apply and will be determined by the Dubai Yachts team.
  • Dubai Yachts holds the full right to proceed with the refund after cancellation.
 

Cancellation Periods:

  • Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the scheduled trip: No cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations made within 72 hours before the scheduled trip: 50% of the booking deposit will be retained by Dubai Yachts Company.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours before the scheduled trip: 100% of the booking deposit will be retained by Dubai Yachts Company.

Cancellation Procedure:

  • Cancellations must be made by contacting our customer service team via email.
  • The cancellation time will be determined based on the timestamp of the cancellation notice.

Client Not Arrival Policy: 

Failure to Arrive: 

  • In the event that the client fails to arrive at the specified location for the scheduled trip, the booking will be considered a “no-show.”

No-Show Policy:
  • For clients who do not arrive for the scheduled trip, 100% of the booking deposit will be retained by Dubai Yachts Company.

Rescheduling Policy:

 

Rescheduling Window:

  • Clients are allowed to reschedule their booking outside the 72-hour period before the scheduled trip.

Rescheduling Restrictions:

  • Rescheduling is not permitted within 72 hours before the scheduled trip.

Rescheduling Procedure:

  • Clients wishing to reschedule must contact our customer service team as early as possible. 

Dubai Yachts reserves the right to cancel or reschedule bookings in case of unforeseen weather conditions or any unfavorable circumstances. In such cases, your trip will be allocated for an alternative date, or a full refund will be offered.

Usage and Responsibilities

  • The client agrees to use the yacht and its facilities responsibly and by all applicable laws, regulations, and safety guidelines.
  • The client is responsible for any damage caused to the yacht or its equipment due to negligence or misconduct. Repair costs will be charged to the client.
  • Dubai Yachts reserves the right to terminate the charter without any refund if the client or any member of their party engages in illegal activities or conducts themselves in a manner that poses a risk to the yacht, crew, or other passengers.
 

Liability and Insurance

  • Dubai Yachts holds comprehensive insurance coverage for its yachts; however, the personal belongings of clients are not covered. Clients are advised to arrange their own insurance for personal items.
  • Dubai Yachts will not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or death arising from activities, accidents, or incidents that occur during the charter period.
 

Amendments and Modifications

  • Dubai Yachts reserves the right to modify or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The updated terms will be applicable from the date of posting on the Dubai Yachts website.
  • Amendments to existing bookings may be considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to availability and Dubai Yachts’ approval.
 

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Any disputes arising from the use of Dubai Yachts’ services, or these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.

By proceeding with a booking or using Dubai Yachts’ services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
